From Dr. Bares and Dr. Haraldson:
Dear Valued Patients of Riverside Dental of Savanna,
We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We extend our heartfelt apologies for the prolonged closure of our dental office due to the flood incident in March. Our dedicated team has been working to restore our facilities, and although unexpected delays have arisen, we are pleased to announce that we will be reopening at the beginning of November to serve you once again.
Currently, our office is still undergoing necessary construction. We understand the inconvenience this has caused, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and continued support during this challenging time.
Here are some important details you need to be aware of:
Appointments: All upcoming appointments scheduled will need to be rescheduled after November 1st. Our reception staff will be in touch with you to arrange for rescheduling at one of our alternative locations.
In the meantime, our providers are available to care for Riverside Dental patients at our other dental locations, Freeport Dental and Forreston Dental.
For Freeport Dental, please call (815) 656-4060.
For Forreston Dental, please call (815) 938-2575.
Emergency Dental Care: Should you encounter a dental emergency during our closure, please reach out to us at (815) 273-2212, or refer to the emergency contact information provided on our voicemail.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this unforeseen event. Your understanding, patience, and continued support are deeply valued. We are diligently working to restore our dental office and resume providing the exceptional care you deserve.
Thank you for entrusting us with your dental care. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to serve you again soon.
Wishing you good health and a bright smile!
Dr. Scott Bares
